SaniPack 0.5 HP 115-Volt Macerator Pump

$740.35
Rating: 4.4 (89 reviews)

Saniflo

The SaniPack is a macerator device which is meant to be installed inside a wall cavity. The SaniPack is a system that is used to install a complete bathroom up to 15 ft. below the sewer line, or even up to 150 ft. away from a soil stack. It can handle the effluent from a toilet, sink and shower. The SaniPack is simplicity itself to install; there are just 4 connections: The macerator/pump is connected to the discharge pipe coming from a wall hung toilet/the toilet tank is connected to the water supply/the macerator/pump is connected to the small diameter discharge pipe work/the macerator/pump is connected to the electrical supply. The inside of the SaniPack is comprised of a pressure chamber, which starts and stops the unit, and the motor, which drives the stainless steel macerator blades and the pump. When the flush is activated, the water flowing into the SaniPack activates a micro switch in the pressure chamber which in turn starts the motor. The motor is sealed for life in an oil filled enclosure. A common spindle/shaft drives the impeller and the macerator blades. The moving parts therefore are kept to an absolute minimum. Water and organic waste matter enter the chamber and are reduced to slurry as the macerator blades rotate at 3600 RPM. The centrifugal force causes the reduced solids to be ejected through a grill into the container where it is picked up by the impeller pump mounted beneath the motor.

SaniCubic 21 HP 220/240-Volt Grinder Pump

$2719.15

Saniflo

The SaniCubic 2 is a pre-assembled heavy-duty duplex grinder pump that meets the demanding needs of commercial and residential sewage applications. The duplex-grinder system made of stainless steel liquefies solids into small particles prior to being passed through the 1-1/2 in. discharge. It is designed to handle multiple waste fixtures for applications such as residential single or group homes, commercial buildings, schools and many more. This new system consists of two 1 HP motors housed inside a compact but highly durable plastic enclosure. Each independently operating grinder has its own high-performance grinding system: a fast-rotating cutting blade to reduce solids in the wastewater stream from toilets, tubs and showers, sinks, washing machines, dishwashers, etc. The SaniCubic 2 operation is as simple as the installation. The effluent enters the pump through 1 of 5 different inlets - 1 on either side of the unit at the bottom and 3 along the top. The inlets can accommodate 1-1/2 in. or 4 in. of diameter pipes. As soon as the wastewater level reaches the trigger point, the pumping system activates. The effluent is then pumped out through 1-1/2 in. of diameter rigid pipe connected on the top of the pump. Maximum pumping distances are 36 ft. vertically and/or 328 ft. horizontally.
