Saniflo

The SaniTop is a system that is used to install a half-bathroom up to 12 ft. below the sewer line, or even up to 120 ft. away from a soil stack. It can handle the effluent from a toilet and sink in a residential application. The inside of the SaniTop comprises of a pressure chamber, which starts and stops the unit, and the motor, which drives the stainless steel macerator blades and the pump. The inside of the SaniTop comprises of a pressure chamber, which starts and stops the unit, and the motor, which drives the stainless steel macerator blades and the pump. When the flush is activated, the water flowing into the SaniTop activates a micro switch in the pressure chamber, which in turn starts the motor. The motor is sealed for life in an oil filled enclosure. A common spindle/shaft drives the impeller and the macerator blades. The moving parts therefore are kept to an absolute minimum. Water and organic waste matter enter the chamber and are reduced to slurry as the macerator blades rotate at 3600 RPM. The centrifugal force causes the reduced solids to be ejected through a grill into the container where it is picked up by the impeller pump mounted beneath the motor. The unit pumps the effluent upward to 12 ft. and/or 120 ft. horizontally (with gravity fall).

SaniBest Pro 1 HP 115-Volt Grinder Pump

$913.75

Saniflo

The SaniBest Pro is a system that is used to install a complete bathroom up to 25 ft. below the sewer line, or even up to 150 ft. away from a soil stack. The SaniBest Pro can handle the effluent from a toilet, sink, bathtub, shower and washing machine (indirect connection). While most of our pump range consists of shredders/macerators, the SaniBest Pro incorporates an actual grinder system. The SaniBest Pro is ideal for situations where you do not control the use of it (i.e. rental unit, offices, warehouses, etc. The SaniBest Pro is designed to deal with sanitary napkins that may have been flushed down the toilet; such may consist of condoms, sanitary napkins, q-tips, dental floss, etc. The wastewater from other sanitary fixtures is discharged into the SaniBest Pro via two 2 in. inlets on either side of the housing. The discharge elbow on top of the SaniBest Pro can be rotated 360° depending on the discharge installation. A non-return valve (included in assembly) prevents back flow into the unit. This unit has been designed with a vent connection on the lid. All plumbing codes require connection to a vent system. Please note that the vent system should be a 2-way air vent. The uses of mechanical vents, air admittance valves or similar devices are not permitted as these are considered 1-way air vent systems. It is highly recommended for the system to be connected to a Ground Fault Interrupter (GFI) circuit.

SaniCubic 21 HP 220/240-Volt Grinder Pump

$2719.15

Saniflo

The SaniCubic 2 is a pre-assembled heavy-duty duplex grinder pump that meets the demanding needs of commercial and residential sewage applications. The duplex-grinder system made of stainless steel liquefies solids into small particles prior to being passed through the 1-1/2 in. discharge. It is designed to handle multiple waste fixtures for applications such as residential single or group homes, commercial buildings, schools and many more. This new system consists of two 1 HP motors housed inside a compact but highly durable plastic enclosure. Each independently operating grinder has its own high-performance grinding system: a fast-rotating cutting blade to reduce solids in the wastewater stream from toilets, tubs and showers, sinks, washing machines, dishwashers, etc. The SaniCubic 2 operation is as simple as the installation. The effluent enters the pump through 1 of 5 different inlets - 1 on either side of the unit at the bottom and 3 along the top. The inlets can accommodate 1-1/2 in. or 4 in. of diameter pipes. As soon as the wastewater level reaches the trigger point, the pumping system activates. The effluent is then pumped out through 1-1/2 in. of diameter rigid pipe connected on the top of the pump. Maximum pumping distances are 36 ft. vertically and/or 328 ft. horizontally.
