Our research has found that to be successful in connecting with homeowners regarding their projects, it is critical you call the homeowner the same day you receive the lead. You should also plan to contact the homeowner at least 3 times, try by phone twice, plus a text, email or send a warm intro & estimate.
If you’ve done these things, and you’re still not able to connect with the homeowner, let us know within 7 days of accepting the lead and we’ll be happy to refund your credits for non-responsive homeowners. Credit History & Refund
