My best friend and I were Paige's first major project.  She says it was because of us that she got launched into her career.  I think it was because of herself, actually.  There we were, two bachelors with metrosexual style, but only one designer office desk to show for it.  She took that table, a suggestion for what we were looking for and created a magazine-worthy ultimate penthouse in San Fran that got an "Oh My God" from ever visitor that walked through the front door.  Apartment tours that would normally take 2 minutes for 1300 SqFt, took 30 minutes to include the basics, the details, then the inevitable Q&A prompted by the visitor that ensued every time.  "Who was your designer?!  There is no way two straight guys did this alone."  In part, they were right.  To our credit, we had some damn good ideas.  But we both knew that our secret weapon was the one and only Paige Loczi for her execution, tenacity, modernity, and theme consistency.  I consult her advice again 3.5 years later for my new condo in Miami.

Combining corporate sense and professionalism with unlimited and well-schooled creative sensuality... Paige is my official go-to option for all things interior design.

I have worked with loads of designers.  Lots of them are great, professional.. But let's be honest.. many think that they just need to point and click and throw a few colors together...  Paige is different.. She is resourceful, clever and willing to work. I mean really WORK. Paige worked with a friend of mine. Designed and delivered an eclectic environment that was superb.. Wonderful colors, great artistry, and imagination.  It was also a great surprise to see her finish the job on-schedule even though I know several little things popped up unexpectedly, and could have easily side-tracked her.. Not to be undone, she somehow found quality people at the very last minute to help her meet her deadline.. That was no small feat!

Paige was a neighbor of mine and I had the opportunity of viewing her interior design skills first hand.  Her flat consisted of 4 bedrooms, a combination kitchen, dining room, living room set up.  It was like walking into a showroom - she has a natural talent that I am glad to see her working in this field.
She is not only a fabulous interior designer, but by the end of your collaboration will become a friend.

If log on to her website - Paige@LOCZIdesign.com  you will notice that most of the before photos are how we non vision people live, then her after photos just blow you away.

We are extremely happy with the job Paige did on our interior design. We started the process knowing that we wanted a major overall of our home's look and feel, but not knowing what kind of design we wanted. Paige created collages of design elements, textures, and colors to help us zero in on a look. It was a great discovery process -- we learned a lot about design and about our own tastes. The whole process was fun and educational. The design we ended up with is our own, but we couldn't have arrived there without Paige's guidance.

Paige is amazing with colors. She custom-mixed colors for our living room, kitchen, hallway, and home office.

Paige and her assistants do an outstanding job finding one-of-a-kind pieces. Our design juxtaposes modern and rustic elements. They found unique pieces from our local Antique Mart for the rustic pieces, including some great vintage light fixtures and a gnarled wooden coffee table. Going even further, when we couldn't find a kitchen table we liked, Paige arranged to have one built from an antique base and a custom-welded frame!

The results are fantastic -- literally everyone comes into our home loves the design. So I recommend Paige and LocziDesign completely. You will end up with an outstanding design and will enjoy the process!

I love my library. Love it. Love it. Paige is creative, meticulous, and a joy to work with.  My favorite part about Paige?  How respectful she was of my taste and aesthetic, even when it didn't mesh with hers.  She understood that this space was for me, and my family.  I've recommended her to everyone I know.

Even better, she hires respectful people.  Her team is lovely.

I was referred to Paige Loczi and her team by a friend who recently finished remodeling his home in Noe Valley.  We recently moved from a modern SOMA apartment in San Francisco to a home in Palo Alto.  None of our old furniture worked in the new space.  Given that we were contemplating a remodel and had a baby due a few months after our move, I was neither inclined to spend a ton of money or invest lots of time in decorating our new home.  Paige suggested we use one of her associates, Anisha Kumra, to accomplish our goal.  Anisha was fantastic.  She finished the project in record time.   Our house went from feeling like it had a bunch of random furniture, to feeling tied together and complete.  She also got our lifestyle with 2 kiddos and picked elements that would work for us.  I can't recommend her and Loczi enough!

We had the initial consultation with Paige, and she's very energetic, knowledgeable and accommodating. She took a lot of time to draw up the initial concept doc and even went out of her way in many ways to help us make a final decision on which designer to choose. We didn't end up working with her due to our financial circumstances, but we would definitely consider working with her in the future! I would definitely
recommend talking to her if you are looking for a great designer!

Paige Loczi and her team at LOCZIdesign did a great job of both meeting our specific requests and of making value add suggestions and recommendations to help us make impactful changes to improve  our home.  In particular, Paige has a gift for visualizing colors that best enhance spaces.  My faith in her talent allowed me to go with choices I would not have on my own, yielding exceptional results.

In addition to effectively getting our project done, the entire team has been exceptionally warm, helpful, and a joy to work with while transforming our spaces.  Due to some unexpected family health issues, I had a lot of unexpected travel and was not always the easiest client to deal with, Paige and her team went the extra mile to ensure the project stayed on track and inconvenience was minimized

I appreciate the creativity and capability LOCZIdesign brought to our project and wholeheartedly recommend their services!

This is a very belated review for Paige, who helped us decorate our house four years ago.  We moved from an apartment in San Francisco to a house in Lafayette and needed a lot of furniture.  I just had a baby, so the thought of decorating the house was overwhelming.  We were really lucky to find Paige.  From my first consultation with her, I was immediately at ease.  She was completely respectful of our budget, made us feel at ease that we could get great design at any price point, and really tried to get to know us and our preferences.  She assigned one of her associates to work with us, but we were comfortable that she was overseeing the whole process and signing off on the design choices.  We really feel like we got such great value and true customer service from working with Paige.  We've moved two times since then and the true testament to Paige's skills is that we continue to love the pieces that she picked for us and they are versatile enough to work in every house we live in.

We at Professional Painting Solutions enjoy working with Paige and EVERYONE in her team. We've worked directly with Margo, Hannah, Nina and Shayan. It is amazing to see how each of them have their very own creative and unique style that they bring into the clients space to add value, art and inspiration, all the while respecting their individuality. Our clients that work with them end up loving their colors and design. Thanks Loczi Design!

I'd like to give my highest praise to LOCZIdesign, specifically Mike, who transformed my living room from drab to fab in a few short weeks.  Mike took the time to get to know me and understand my style.  He was very customer-focused and figured out quickly what would and would not work for me.  He introduced me to several vendors in San Francisco that I had never heard of before, where we found unique and creative items for my space.  We may have even coined our own design theme "mid-century rustic" (trademark pending).  We had a fun and collaborative experience and I will definitely use LOCZIdesign for my upcoming kitchen and master bathroom remodel.

Q. Do you do anything to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. I read constantly and am often inspired by gallery and museum visits.
Q. What is your greatest strength?
A. Listening and thinking about the big picture. I also love to stretch my imagination and come up with unique environments. I surround myself with capable, honest, amazing people who are very good at their jobs.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I love design and come from a family of artists.
Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. We tend to focus on kitchen and bath remodels or whole house remodels that have a decorating component. We like working on both large and small projects.
Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.
A. Our SOMA remodel was a complete ground-up renovation 2+ years in the making. We loved stretching our technical muscles with the architectural elements. There are three massive round skylights and a curved wall in the master bath. See the project here: http://www.loczidesign.com/modern-soma-home Another favorite is our Urban loft. The modern materials really shine in the space. This too was almost a year in the making. We refinished the floors, all three bathrooms, added a custom master closet, 18ft walnut & Steel bookshelf and two fireplaces with Heath Tile. We're honored to have collaborated with our artisans. See it here: http://www.loczidesign.com/urban-haight-street-loft/ This last remodel was a little simpler. We renovated a Victorian in Delores Park. We enjoyed taking the space back to its original beauty. See it here: http://www.loczidesign.com/traditional-dolores-park-edwardian/
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The process of creating a space that reflects our home owner. I also love working with talented artists and seeing it all come together.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others?
A. We love what we do. We take risks and create unique spaces as individuated as our clients.
