Jonnie, Matt, Jordan, Kenneth, Jerry, and Mike were extremely professional and always on time.

They did an in home update for me and I was very satisfied with their work.
It was quick and cleanly done.

From the flooring installation, fixture replacement, patching, and painting I was happy with the final results of the work and the timely fashion in which it was completed.

I would use them again for any future work and highly recommend them.

Jonnie, you being there for me made all the difference in my day!  Went from emergency busted pipe, water main off (no water in the house) to up and running, and he made the whole thing a lot less stressful.  Thanks again!

These guys are great, very friendly, punctual, and professional. I called for an estimate for a flashing repair last week. First I scheduled and appointment, the next day Jonnie came out, went on the roof and took pictures of what needed repair and why it needed the repair. Then he wrote up the estimate and told me what he would be doing, he explained everything well. So I scheduled the repair the next day. The other guy I called gave a high estimate. Jonnie was going to seal the other vents on the roof and paint them to match the roof for less then the other guy who would only be doing the flashing. He arrived on time with all the supplies and got started. He finished the project in the estimated amount of time. I paid with my card and he sent my receipt to my email. I have other things around the house that need to be done so I asked if he could take a look at some things for estimates. He even showed me where the furnace filter was. I am in the process of getting another job lined up with Jonnie for a whole house fan and insulation in the attic. I highly recommend A Handyman. Great people. :)

I was referred to A by a local painter to give me an estimate on some dry rot repair.  The job went from replacing a few boards and tops of pillars to reconstructing my arbor and replacing window sills, etc.  We were aware that the arbor probably had some bad boards, but within minutes of looking at the top of the arbor, A had assessed that the boards were bad.  Within a few hours everything was disassembled and material was ordered.  The repairs all turned out great and were done in a timely manner.

My husband and I, being in the construction industry, are both VERY particular about who we hire.  Jonnie and his team are perfectionists and it shows in the terrific work they do.  I will definitely refer them.

Jonnie helped us in getting our home ready for rent in Tracy. We called him as a handyman to fix odds and ends but turned out that Jonnie was great in doing other bigger projects as well like installing laminate and carpet . He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Also, he is very helpful and goes beyond to make sure he delivers on time and on contract.
We were very happy with his service and will definitely call him again anytime anything needs to done at our house.

I requested a quote to get our glass shower door fixed because the metal hinges were slipping and A J Bono Plumbing failed to fix our leaky faucet twice already.  I was given a quote of $199 which Jonnie (the owner) said was standard "Plumbing Call" rate.  Two guys came by to fix the leaky faucet and then hung the shower door.  Total cost of the job was $218 because they include a fuel surcharge of $19- which  I wasn't aware of until I saw the surcharge on the bill.  There were some other issues in between regarding conduct and workmanship but both were rectified.

They actually arrived a bit earlier than I expected, so I saw that as a big plus to getting my leak under the sink fixed quickly.   They were very friendly and made me feel at ease right from the start.  They examined the problem and went to work to resolve my issue, and worked very quickly, but thorough in the job they performed.

They found an additional item that I was not aware of and proceeded to fix that as well.  I was very pleased with the end result and the charges were both reasonable and fair.

Unquestionably A Handyman did a quality repair to my plumbing without a doubt.
I would ask them back again to come out to my home and fix other issues for sure.

It's nice to have a service you can call to be there in times of need without having to call other expensive contractors who might not even want to tackle the smaller jobs you may have.

Thanks for the JOB well done Jonnie!

A Handyman recently did some work for me at my home in Tracy.  I have a 2400 sq ft home which originally had a horrible paint job when I bought it, and also some wood rot in a few places.  A gave me a reasonable quote for a paint job and offered to fix the wood damage for a little more, stain my back patio for FREE, and repair a few other cosmetic issues at no additional cost.  So I took them up on the offer.
They showed up in force and knocked out the job in just a couple days.  The house next to me has been undergoing a similar process but seems to be dragging on for weeks.  So I feel lucky.

The team is friendly and wastes no time getting down to business.  Johnny, the owner, is very professional and I can tell he takes his work very seriously.  This company is very concerned about their reputation, and rightly so.  He is very eager to explain the benefits of his style of painting and products used.  He provides paint samples days before to help you decide on colors.  He also provides his input on the colors chosen.  Right before the paint job he has a couple reps from Sherwin-Williams come out and answer any questions one might have.

The initial quote includes the total cost of paint, supplies, and labor.  Many other painters only quote a rough estimate on labor, and do not accurately quote all the paint and supplies.  So people end up paying much more than they expected.  However, A will give you a very accurate estimate BEFORE starting the job.  Despite many unforeseen problems, they stood by their estimate and made it happen.

Now, I got the best looking paint job on the block.  They really rescued this poor house.  The wood damage is fixed, so now I can pass my pest inspection and get that refinance I have been waiting for! The increase in equity and money saved on the refinance basically paid for my paint job.
A Handyman gets an A from me.

When I was looking for people fixing a few item for my rental property, I noticed 2 guys working on a house in same neighborhood with their working truck. The "Handyman" wording on the truck attracted me, I called A Handyman right way. Fortunately Jonnie was around that day and he stopped by checking the property. He gave me some suggestions based on his experience and knowledge which helped me decreasing the loss. Jobs got done pretty well in 2 days, faster than I expected.

This is a professional team can be trusted and relied on, the owner Jonnie is fast pace guy knowing what you want, their price is competitive and I'm happy with the job quality. Will definitely check their schedule first when I need other fix up  going forward.

Recently my parents moved from Manteca to Antioch. I know this move was very stressful on my parents since it had been over 25 years since their last move and they had no idea what to expect. However one thing that helped excite my parents for the move was being able to start from scratch and build their new perfect dream home. A Handyman & Hauling did an amazing job helping my parents realize their home improvement dreams while helping to ease the stress of the move.

This company re-floored my parents entire house and it looks amazing. They were on time, finished before they estimated and cleaned up before they left. My parents were impressed not only with the level or professionalism but with the cheery and upbeat personalities of the employees that completed this job.

I will be sure to recommend to my friends and family members still living in the Central Valley to check out this company with all home improvement and hauling needs.
