The site plan was done neatly and hopefully to the sstisfaction of the city. Because of the urgency of my request it was not meet in a timely manner due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control. Anyway, I was satisfied with the job. I really appreciate the help of Neil from Extreme Renovations and Joe who did the site plan. I would recommend them for the job well done.

WHY US

Q. Why does your work stand out from others?
A. Xtreme Renovations pays close attention to our clients request and details of the project to ensure that the client receives what they are paying for.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. There are two key factors that I like about my job, 1- the satisfaction of seeing progress everyday, 2- the smile on my clients face when we have delivered what they have requested.
Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.
A. 1. A complete bathroom remodel. The client went with a contractor that did not pull permits or use licensed subcontractors. Xtreme Renovations went in, demoed the newly remodeled bathroom and delivered a bathroom that superseded what had previously been done, with licensed subs and a permit. The inspector was so impressed with our work that he took pictures of the completed project. 2. We have just completed a 1 bedroom (958sqft) apartment unit remodel where we had added the electrical and plumbing for a washer and dryer. This was a full remodel, removing and replacing everything in the apartment except for the bathtub, we had that reglazed a bright white. 3. We have recently completed a home improvement project where we did some light tile in 2 bathrooms, hung some towel bars and towel rings, repaired an exhaust fan and installed a new tub/shower door.
Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Xtreme Renovations focus is on kitchen and bathroom remodels, however we do full house remodels, we also offer a "Paint, Clean & Go" to those clients that own rental properties. We do some projects that most G.C.'s would consider "handyman jobs" because we believe that sometimes you must gain the trust of your clients before they will award you with a full size remodel.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I have been around construction most of my life, my half brother was a contractor and I worked with him from the age of about 15, then I worked for several G.C.'s doing anything from framing houses to remodels, plumbing, electrical and finish carpentry. I was a close tolerance (meaning very precise) machinist, spending the last 12 years of that career traveling the US teaching people how to machine parts such as military, medical, industrial, etc. components. I found that traveling was not longer my desire so I got my contractor's license in 2006 and went on my own in 2009. I found that I not only enjoy to see daily progress on project but that I also enjoy educating clients on how a project might be best completed and how to select the best contractor for the project. It is not always about the final cost of the project that the client should be focussing on, but also the professionalism of the contractor they are going to be working with. Challenges happen in construction on a daily bases, it is how the contractor is going to work with the client on those challenges that is important. That makes this trade a challenge and reward at the end of the day...that is what I like about this trade.
Q. What is your greatest strength?
A. Our greatest strength is our attention to details, not only the details of the project at hand, but to the details of a safe environment. Safety is one key to a successful project. Another strength of Xtreme Renovations is that we know we have two ears and one mouth, so we practice good listening skills for our clients.
