About Us

Over 35 years total in my field. I have spent more than 12 years educating myself to do what I do. A four year apprenticeship program in carpentry, a four year apprenticeship program in cabinet and furniture design and fabrication, 3 years in college in civil engineering and music concentration. My work have been featured in several publication and awarded plaque of appreciation for taking part in the remodel of the Fredrick Douglas home.

A. A Custom bath/room, 2 rooms remodel for client, and custom crown installation.

A. We do all types of projects. Home offices, libraries, media rooms, custom furniture, custom cabinetry, custom millwork, kitchen and bath remodel, basement remodel, whole house remodel, and small additions.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I spent 18 years working as a jazz muscians traveling everywhere. When ever I took a break from the road I spent it in a cabinet shop building furniture, it was very relaxing and calming. My father, brothers, and uncles are all in the trade.

A. Communicating with the client about their project and making it come to light.
Q. Do you do anything to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Always current in my field. Going to seminars, reference materials, classes, learning new techniques on how to do something, products and materials.

A. I love what I do and I take pride in my work.

A. The process and the finish results.

A. Currently working on a custom dining table in mahogany and 5 stools in oak. Resently fished a townhouse to make ready for sale, and a custom house in DC with all new custom trim, doors, Cabinetry, etc....

A. When I used to take a break from the road as a musical it was very relaxing to build something.
