Home Project: I have a two story one bedroom 1.5 bathroom condo in the South Beach area. It is about 1, It will take approx. 3 hours to clean depending on how fast you clean as well as how thorough of a job you do. The oven, microwave and fridge (fridge is practiy spotless) also need to be cleaned.

  NEW CUSTOMER PRICING / ESTIMATES
  We charge a two hour minimum at a regular rate of $40.00 per hour for one maid and or a regular rate of $80.00/hour ( But will going to charge you just $72.00/ hour discount 10% include) for two maids. The estimate for the service is around 2 hours, (2 Maids, first time is a little longer) depending the condition the place. Any additional hour continues at a regular rate. Additional hours are not prorated; you will only pay the amount of time it took us to service your home.
  We provide estimates via phone or , based on the amount of work and hours (including the two hour minimum) that we feel is required. This estimate may change once our maids arrive to your home and determine the amount of work and time it will require them to complete the service. Our maids will notify you and provide you with an accurate estimate prior to starting the service.
  We encourage you to be home and do an initial walk-through with our maids to better understand your needs and requirements.
  
  REGULAR CUSTOMER PRICING
  If you become a regular customer and schedule recurring appointments, MAID NO.1 will provide a discounted rate per hour for all services going forward. A two hour minimum charge will apply and rates are as followed:
  
  Monthly Service $75.00 per hour,
  Every 3rd Week $70.00 per hour,
  Bi-weekly Service $65.00 per hour and
  Weekly Services $60.00 per hour.
  
  *depending the first service and condition the place or how often you will need the service we can offer you a better rate than we are showing you above.
  
  Please keep in mind that in order to honor the pricing mentioned you must schedule recurrence appointments with us. If you plan to use our services once in a while, pricing will fall into the regular rate category (please see above in New Customer Pricing) which is $80.00 per hour. MAID NO.1 reserves the right to re-evaluate your rate per hour at any time. Some of the causes to re-evaluate your rate could be but not limited to: additional requests required that will consume much more time to complete your cleaning service, gas increase, travel time and parking meters just to mention a few.
