Install Ductless Mini-split 4-unit System: I need a Freidrich FRI36KA121 ductless mini-split w/ 4 fan units (2 X 9K btu, 1 X 18K btu, 1 X 12K btu) installed in my old (built ca. 1912) house. I have the condenser installed w/ electric shut off per code. I need the copper and electric lines run to the fans and have the fans mounted (mounting plates and one fan unit already in place, see photos). I will buy all the parts and equipment needed for the job.
The house is balloon-framed and the wall cavities are accessible. Condensate lines will be PVC piping inside the wall, daylighting at the bottom of the walls. I will run the additional drainage from there myself (i.e., you will not need to install that).
No warranty for this work is expected. The work will be done under my homeowner's building permit, so you do not need to be licensed, but you must have experience with these units, as there are specific issues that need to be addressed for them to work correctly.
Requirements:
~ you must have successfully installed at least one ductless unit before
~ you must be able to do the job within the next 2-3 weeks (time will obvs depend on what equipment is needed and whether it needs to be ordered, etc.)
