Gym Addition: The project is for an adition of gym. The plan is to take some footage from the existing "office" (pictures attached) add a wall, that will tie down to the existing laundry room add a door to the laundry room and take existing space from the garage. The area that I plan to use is the same height as the house foundation (pictures attached as well)
I have created a very simple sketch of what I'm envisioning for this added gym. The area is highlighted in Orange. The dotted line is existing wall that needs to be torn down to create the new "addition"
