Our jobs come in real time meaning as they are submitted, they will be sent out. We do not charge a subscription fee or a monthly fee for this reason.
We know you're busy, so our goal is to make it easy for you to express interest on a customer's job. Respond to the text message with appropriate option and we'll take care of the rest. Please note these messages are not spam and if you want to turn text message notifications off or limit the rates you can do so in your profile settings.
In your profile settings under the "Leads" tab, you have the ability to turn on or off text message notifications. There are also settings if you want to be notified on Saturday or Sunday - please note these are on by default.
We do our best to set your default categories when you sign up. If you receive a lead with the wrong trade type please let us know and our support team will resolve it. You can also update your categories in your profile settings.
Our system works off of a radius, so if you receive a lead outside of your service area please let us know and we will update it for you. You can also update your service area in your profile settings.
